Out now in the July issue of Sonoma mag: River otters!

I love writing my nature almanac column for Sonoma magazine. It allows me to learn more about local flora and fauna, to interview interesting and knowledgeable people, and to flex my writing skills by staying short and fun. For the July/Aug issue, I wrote about river otters. My editor said it's her favorite so far (and I've been doing this for four years). She even teased it on the cover!
