Petaluma Nature Almanac: Daylight and the Autumnal Equinox

Hey, it's my second column in the Argus-Courier!

In September I started writing the "Petaluma Nature Almanac" column in my hometown's award-winning weekly. Every month I'll highlight a timely natural phenomenon, interview a local expert, and explain how you can observe or experience it right here in Petaluma. 

I write a similar "Almanac" feature covering Sonoma County more broadly in each issue of Sonoma magazine, which is published every other month and like the Argus-Courier is owned by Sonoma Media Investments.
