Can the University of California go Carbon-Neutral by 2025?

My latest story is an update/expansion on an earlier piece I wrote on a new report and Nature article assessing the University of California's progress toward reaching its goal of carbon-neutrality (that means net-zero carbon emissions) by 2025 -- and proposing a path to get there.
